I checked the registry to ensure that Lync was the default IM service and it is. However, Skype for Business does show the indicator in an inferior way to what Lync showed previously, but it's there. Now, with the upgrade, there is no status indicator at all. Those away would show yellow, offline showed as grey, busy as red, etc. Prior to this upgrade, Outlook would show the status of those in the People list the window that's part of the To-Do Bar. Installation is complete.Last week, we upgraded from Office 2010/2013 to O365/2016.
